LONDON, April 25, In tie House of Commons the discussion 011 .the Budget, is proceeding. The Socialist members, led by Mv Suowdoli, •bitterly assailed the Government for doing so little for old-age and remitting tfixes benefiting the middle tla&Bs. Several Radicals and Literate resented these Socialist exaggerations.
