She had been compelled to go to the Benevolent for money to support her children—Crossexamined : Defendant had offered her a home. but. silo refuse;! to live with him on account of his behaviour.—J[r Emslie said an order was already in existence, which had been granted in Auckland.—The Magistrate said that he had found such was the case, and the information was dismissed.
