The fiftieth anniversary of OdiUellowship in Taranaki, Wednesday marking the jubilee of the Loyal Ejrmont Lodge, is boinjr celebrated to-day with appropriate functions. There are largo numbers of visiting brethren, including three of the original members. WELLINGTON. April 11. Thirteen Chinamen landed yesterday, 10 of whom paid £1000 in poll tax. From March 23 to the present, date 60 charges of breaches of award have been added to the Wellington list of cases awaiting hearing by the Arbitration Court. Forty odd eases were filed in one day. CHRISTCHURCH. April 11. Notice is given in to-night's Gazette of the removal of an order forbidding the registering, forwarding, or delivery of postal correspondence addressed to Professor Notman, Christchurch, and Dr Emslie.
