PROPEETY SALES.

Messrs Quin and Rodger report havintr sold privately, on account of Mr Robert G. Shearing, his freehold farm, being sections 12, 13, 14, and 15, blodk 11. Croolcston. comprising 825 acrea, to Mr .William Haugh and Sons. This purchase is adjacent to Mr Haugh's original selection on Brooksdalo Estate, making an area of over 700 acres of tho finest land in tho district.
