A BICYCLE FATALITY.

(Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 25. An inquest, on tho body of William A?pin (not James Astin) was held at- the Upper llult yesterday. The evidence showed that tno deceased fell from his bicycle when going at a fairly, rapid rato and staggered ami-foil, striking his wheel guard heavily. A witness of ine accident went to his assistance, but the deceased did not speak, and died ill about 20 minutes, liis neck appeared lo lie broken. The jury's verdict was that " 'l'be deceased was accidentally killed through a fall from a bicyclc."
