(Per United Press Association.) GISBOKNK, March 25. A shortage of casual labourers is causing Gnmo difiiqulty to shipping. Tlio loading of the White Star steamer lonin was delayed in consequcnee on Saturday, ami a quantity of cargo which came to hand by last week's boats is not vet discharged.
