(Per Ukited Puess Association.) ' WANGANUI, March 23. AI- the Supremo Court tho civil case. Richard Baddy v. .1. 11. Nixon was heard before Mr Justice Button. The parties are. principals in leading firms of local auctioneers, and the claim was for, £1833, in connection with a deed of partnership, interesl on same, and £100 damages. Tho case went against plaintiff, and costs on the highest, scale wore alloweVl.
