(Received March 20, at 10.27 p.m.) In the House of Commons to-day Mr Lloyd-George introduced a bill to prevent, the obstruction of British industrial development by thp abuso of patents. It compels foreigners to work their patents iu Britain, and prevents them from imposing onerous conditions on Britishcrc using tho patents.
