The Hamburg Nachriehten urges Germany to employ every means to prevent an Anglo-Russian understanding,It was recently announced that Britain and Russia, were iibout to conclude an agreement, and llia-fc negotiations in that direction were proceeding in n highly satisfactory mannor. Subsequently it was stated that an agreement was about k> be signed delimiting tlio commercial zones of the two nations in Persia. These announcements, coupled with the .AnuloFrench understanding, have evidently ca-used somo uneasiness in Germany, and a. cablegram published a fow days ago stated that tlio representative nf Germany at Tho I-lagrue had declared that Britain had epun n diplomatio net which already hampered tho freedom of Germany, and that Germany would destroy this net before elie was too lightly hemmed in.
