(Received March 19, at 10.55 p.m.) ■ At the trial of Harry Thaw, charged with llio murder of Stanford White, Mis Thaw's alleged affidavit, was read. It implied that she consulted Abe. Hummel regarding an intended suit against Thaw. Ths case for the prosecution has now closed. Experts in lunacy were called to show that Thaw suffered from insanity at tho time of tho minder.
