A CLEAR CASE OF PERJURY.

The great difficulty in all licensing cases is to got at tho truth, bccause of tho amount of perjury. Here is a clear easo where 0110 sido or the other has committed perjury, and as a lesson in future licensing eases it. ought to be sheeted home. If people have 110 rosjx'ct for the sanctify 'of an oatli they ought at any rate to bo made to respect tho law, and fool that, it is advisable not, to trifle with their oath.
