MEETINGS.

Tho annual meeting of Lodgo Maori, 103, was held at Ravensbourne on Monday evening for the purposo of installing tho .Worshipful Master and investing tho officers elected ior tlio cimting 12 months. There was a large gathering of brethren from sister and city lodgos, and numerous visiting brethren from all parts of tho colony. 'J'Jje proceedings wero under tho charge of tho Right. "Worshipful Bro. C. J. Ronaldson,.wilh his Grand Lodgo officers. Tho following,brethren -were installed and invested to till the several offices:—WML, Bro. William Crawley; S.W., Bro. James S.' Douglfrs; J!W„ Bro. James Clark; Chaplain, Bro. Tiiomas Given; Treasurer, Bro Robert Cairnoy'; Secretary, Bro. Thomas Ptoss, P.M.; S.D., Bro. Thomas WDriscoll; J.D.. Bro. It. R. Douglas; Organist, Bro. liobert Haworidgc; 1.C., Bro. Thomas Thomson"; Tyler, Bro. George Grant, P.M.; Stewards, Bros, llullengcr, Mitchell, Jarman, and Morgan. Very fine Past Masters and organist jewels wero presented to I.P.M. Bi», Sinclair aud Bro. Haweridgo for services to tho lodge. The Right Worshipful Grand Superintendent was assisted in the ceremony by the Very Worshipful Bros. O'Calhighan, G. L. llowett, A. Clothier. O. Mollcr, anil T. Ross. After the conclusion of tho ceremony an adjournment was made by over 100 brethren to the supper-room in tho largo hall, whero a pleasant and enjoyable evening was spent in toast and song. The catering was under the management- of Bro. and Mrs Thomson, and -was of so satisfactory a character that a special toast to their benefit was enthusiastically honoured. A meetiug of Court Enterprise, A.0.F., was held on Tuesday evening, Chief Ranger Bro. Campbell presiding. One new memoer was initiated into tlio order and one proposed, A visit was received from Court Hercweku, 1.0.0. F., Porlobello. A card tournament was held which resulted as follows:—Herewcka: Crib, seven games; euchre, six games. Kilterprise: Crib, four games; euchre, two games. Refreshments were then handed round, and tho company spent a pleasant hour ill music, sone, and story. Tho following contributed vocal selections:—'Messrs Harris, A. Vivian, Andrews, Jolly, Cormack, Binnio, Dickson, "Butler, Payten, and Breen. Bro. A. Vivian gave a recitation, and Bros. Bauchop and Moreton, with comet and clarionet respectively, added greatly to the enjoyment of the meeting.
