Interviewed 011 his arrival in Dunedin lait night by a. Times reporter, iho Hon. J. A. Millar was omphalic that the men at the works of the Wellington Meat Kxport Company, at Ngqhaurnnga, and of the Gear Meat Company's works, nt Petone, notwithstanding- tho fact that they bad resumed work, should answer to tho Arbitration Court for their defiance of tho law in having conic out on strike whilst working under an award of the couVt. The matter would be dealt with by the Arbitration Oourt at Wcllingoti 011 Friday, and when disposed of the court would probably return to Tiinaru to consider the case of tho men at tho Parcora Freezing Works, who hail gone out 011 strike. Tlieso men. although 11011unionists, have been working under tho slaughtermen's award, and are, therefore, subject to tho same conditions as apply to 1110 strikers at tho Ngahauranga and Tetono works,
