Black being killed in the Arbroath railway accident resulted as follows: — Waring (Liberal) 3901 Whitelaw (Unionist) 1892 Majority 2009 Tho voting at the general election was as follows:—A. \V. ]31acl: (Liberal), 4101; .T. A. Grant (Unionist), 1901;— majority, 2200.
