Mr t'. 0. Armour- (convener of tho Stranecis' Tea Committee) reported on tho month's meetings. The attendances, as usual at this time of year, had fallen oil' slightly, but interest had not slackened, and .the meetings had been exceptionally bright. A number of voting men and lads made daily use of the rooms for a midday cup of tea and a c|uiet- time of reading, etc. Work had 'been found for several, and letters of introduction Jiad been given io a- number leaving Dunodin for other lands. A number of vacancies having been catteed on the Board of Management by tho new constitution, the following were elected to fill the same:—Messrs Ceorge It. Horcns, W. li. Retldcll, and 11. D. Bedford, M.A. The meeting considered that the re))crts, as a whole, gave evidence of a very definite ami solid growing work of usefulness by the members of the association.
