Willis, who, along with Chiirlcs Bath, were charged with conspiring together to enable Crick, as Minister of Lands, to receive moneys other than bis salary for giving effect to certain acts by virtue of bis oflice aa Minister.
Tho defendants were bound over to reappear when called upon.
