The authorities are. convinced that an armed revolt is in course of organisation at Moscow. Si/persons were arrested at St. Petersburg with'written plaite in their possession for the im'ir&r of tho Grand Duke Nicolas Nicolaievitch. Four of them- escaped from their escort.
