MELBOURNE, August 6. (Received August 6, at 10.30 a.m.)' A pastoral letter was read in all the Anglican churches yesterday urging members to refrain from gambling in every form, including raffles at bazaars. A further step was taken in providing antigambling pledges, which members were invited to sign.
