FRENCH SUBMARINES.
Pross Association—By Telegraph-Copyright. PARIS, August 6. (Received August 6, at 10.48 p.m.) Commenting on the recent French naval mancmivres, Admiral Fom-nier says that- the. torpodoers and submarines would have destroyed at least 61 vessels, and therefore tho protection of France's sea front must he a numerous flotilla of torpedoers and submarines, covering the ports and points littoral which were open to attack.
