AUDIBLE RAILWAY SIGNALS.

(Received July 7, at 9.5 a.m.) The Great Western Railway Company has successfully tested audible instead of visible signals on its Fail-fold branch line. The apparatus is fixed to the track, and communicates with the engine, ringing a, bell if the line is clear and blowiii" a whistle if it is blocked.
