(Received July 9, at 0.17 a.m.) Mr Botha, addressing a Het Volk meeting at Heidelberg, stated that if the Volkites gained the majority at the elections they would join flie English moderates and form a Government. The South Transvaal must no longer he ruled fcy the rich for the rich, But by and for the farming population.
