"Collector." —The Post Office regulation with regard to pictorial cards reads as follows:—"Cards, pictorial or plain, may be sent as printed matter provided tho word 'Post-card.' if it appear, bo clearly struck out. and the words ' Printed matter' substituted, and the card be not used to malto any communication of the nature of a letter." So treated, the mi will bear a halfpenny stamp.
