(Received June 27, at 10.27 a.m.) A severe thunderstorm, accompanied by heavy hail, passed over the city, but- not much damage was done. LAI'NCESTON, June 27. (Received June 27, at 10.27 a.m.) The Hoods in North and South Esk are the heaviest for 20 years. The weather is very boisterous.
