FRENCH ELECTIONS.
Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright. PARIS, May 7. (Received May 7, at 10.54 p.m.) The French elections passed off in an orderly manner. Ministers profess to be delighted at the results so far known, the first ISO showing 11 Radical or RadicalSocialist gains. M. Rriund Iras been elected by a large majority for St. Etienne, defeating the Moderate candidate.
