Harris, who is going to Japan. A PETITION DISMISSED. May 7. (Received May 7, at 9.36 p.m.) The petition which was lodged on February 11 against the return of Mr A. Fell (an ex-New Zealander) as member for Great Yarmouth, alleging bribery and treating the electors, lias been dismissed.
