MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Monday, Mai 7. (Before Mr 11. Y. Widdowson, S.M.) Judgment was given for the plaintiff, by default, in the following undefended cases:— James Sroeaton (Mr Stamper) v. Alfred 'Willis Keates, claim £$ lis, materials and labour, and costs (23s Gd); George.Rutherford (Mr Stamper) v. Alfred Henry O'Keeffe, claim ill 10s Od, on account stated, and costs (30s 6tl); Lilly Bros. (Mr Finch) v. John Horsburgh (Berwick), claim £3 17s 6d, goods supplied, and costs (10s). In the case of the Commercial Agency Company (Mr Biron) v. Percy Russ (Wanganui) judgment was given for lis costs.
