Petitions have been lodged against tho return of Viscount Castleroagh for Maidstone and Mr G. L. Williamson for Worcester. MP, ISALI'OUIt NOT TO W, OPPOSED. February 14, (Received Feb. 15, at 0.15 am.) The City Liberal Association has resolved not to oppose Mr A. J. Balfour (M-l'remier) in bin candidature for tho City scat, which was mated in his favour.
