TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—ln your issue last wook, when quoting the price of cornsneks, it was also stated that the price to lie returned to farmers is 6d when they Roll their grain. Owing lo the. increased cost of sacks and tlio farmer having to pay same, it was decided to gira 6£<l to farmers this season for bags-contain-ing grain. The .-sacks in tiso here arc 46in, whereas south of this, as you are aware, the Win sack (which is cheaper) oMains:— I am, etc., J. Maitmsd Jones. Manager N.Z. Farmers' Co-opera-tive Association.
