DUNEDIN CENTRAL ELECTION.
TO THE EDITOR, Sim,—l notice in yesterday morning's Times a letter by Mr Mark Sinclair (chairman of \Mv .T, A. Millar's Committee) denying that his committee interrupted Mr Adams's meeting both at St. Albans and St. John's. Now, will Mr Sinclair deny this, for which I havo direct proof, that an organised attempt was arranged to upset his Waknri Hall meeting, and that it was arranged to get. a reporter to report his meeting? For some unexplained reason it never came off, for Mr Adams and his committee were quite prepared for tlieni if they had come. I suppose they postponed it. to the St. Albans meeting. Now, how ean Mr Sinclair reconcile these facts with his denial? Then Mr Belcher denied that lie was on Mr Millar's committee; but Mr Adams at his meeting bowled him clean out by reading an extract from tho doines of Mr Millar's committee, where ho put so many seamen's votes ou the roll, and Mr Sinclair patted him on the hack and his committee gave him a round of applause, and ho said now that 110 felt quite sure that Mr Millar would bo elected by a large majority. So Mr Sinclair and his committee lmvo made themselves look ridiculous in the eves of the public. I am sorry to trouble you, S : r, but I deem it 1115- duty to let the Dunodi'n Central electors know where tlicy arc.—l am, etc.. An Elector,
