Tho following prisoners were dealt with at the Supreme* Court to-day:—Peter Bartlctt, sheep-stealing, 12 months' probation and ordered to pay £15 costs; Hopa Karangaroa, breaking, entering, and theft, 12 months' probation (no order as to costs); •Tamos Palmer and Harry Robinson, breaking and entering. 18 months' imprisonment: Takopa Kimihanga, horse-stealing. 12 months' imprisonment. \Valter Haslet (who pleaded , " Guilty " to two charges of ■indecent assault) and Frank Ya-s (who pntflred a similar pica in regard to an indictment for breaking ami entering with intont to commit a theft and placing; dynamite in shop with intent to dnmafrc property.) woro romomled for sentence.
