o Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, February 15. (Received Feb. 14, at 1.6 a.m.) Owing to the mail difficulty the Sierra curried a mucli larger quantity of English letters than usual. There is a dispute of some years' standing with the Oceanic Company, which is dissatisfied with the amount offered under the poundage system. On the present occasion the amount of poundage on mails was offered, but, as in former instances, refused, leaving an adjustment to be made when negotiations with the Commonwealth are concluded.
