Irvine and Stevenson (St. Georgo Company) V. A. W. M'Donald.—Olatmi £14 13s Sd, on a, judgment summons.—Defendant did not appear, and gave no reason for non-appearance. —Order made that unless amount claimed, together with 15s costs, be paid by instalments of £1 monthly defendant to be imprisoned in Dunodm gaol for one month. Mary Hcgarty v. R. C. Zimmerman (Christchurch).—Claim £11 18s Id, on a judgment summons.—Ordered to pay the Rmount, with £"? 7s coste, by two equal instalments, on 13th March and on 13th April, in default debtor to bo imprisoned in Dnnedin prison for four weeks.
