(Received Sep. 14, at 9.53 a.m.) Mr Reiil, when moving the recommittal of the Arbitration Bill, said that the Government approved of all tho recommittal proposals of the late Government, with one exception. He then moved the various amendments, which were mostly adopted. With some slight alterations, the bill was read a third time and sent to the Senate.'"'
