IN DIVORCE. Tuesday, September 13. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Williams;) FIXLAY V. FIXLAY. A wife's petition for dissolution of marriage cm the ground of adultery. Mr J. MacGregor appeared for the petitioner; Hargaretta llav Finiay, there being no appearance on behalf of the respondent, William Fir.lay, of Feilding. The ease had been partly heard on June 13,

and adjourned for tlio production of corroborative evidenco from "feilding. The evidence taken on commission at Feilding and forwarded to Dunedin having been read, "his Honor said it made the case quits clear, and granted a decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months, with costs to tho petitioner. ■
