The Receiver of Land Revenue reported that the following holders of yearly licenses had failed to renew their licenses by paying tho lent:—P. J. .Greer, W. Leask, Thomas Tate, A. The Hampden Athena'iiru Committee applied to have section 15, block XIII, Jfoeraki district, set aside as an athonranm reserve, and vested in the athenseum. J. Hodgson and It. Duncan objected to the application, and applied for the section. Ranger Atkinson forwarded a report, consideration of which was held over.

The application by A. Ashworth for one acre of the Town Belt, Alexandra, on the Main road to Opliir, was declined. E. Montgomery's application to be allowed to purchase the house on section 99, block IV, Tuapeka, East district, was declined.
