10 THE EIHTOIt, Sir, —Your correspondent " Ratepayer" in this morning's paper says ho is not going 011 with two houses that it had be«n lids intention of building. I know several cases like this. Anyone that has built during the past six months is not likely to faco the mnsio again in a liurrr.
