(Received Oct. 22, at 9.56 a.m.) The Federal House of Representatives passed an address to Lord Tennyson regretting his departure, and paying a high tribute to his ability and' tact. (Received Oct, 22, at 6.26 p.m.) The Federal Parliament has been prorogued. Lord Tennyson, in reply to Parliament's address, thanked the first Parliament for tilie kindness and consideration shown to him.. He and Lady Tennyson had spent four truly happy years in Australia. Lord Tennyson, in proroguing Parliament, congratulated it on the work aocomplishecl Tlio duty cast on the first Parliament of putting into operation the intricate provisions of the Constitution Act were discharged with ability, patience, and patriotism. '
