At low tido one could walk from the groin to tho baths on dry sand. Some of 'the old residents were; delighted. They had not scon such a beach for eight or ten years. He said at least throe moro groins were needed, The Chairman said tho matter was specially important in view of the eleotric tram service coming to St. Clair next year. Threo or four moro-groins would give much more room 011 tho beach. The supervising engineer intended to rccommend that another be built. / Tho motion was carried, and the meeting terminated.
