MASSACRE BY TURKS. A BULGARIAN WARNING. Press Association—Ky Telegraph—Copyright. CONSTANTINOPLE, Sept. 11. (Received Sept. 12, nt 8.45 p.m.) Two thousand Turks, with two guns, landed and attacked Va.silieo, which, at tho latest reports, was till in 'tlio possession of the insurgents. Consular reports from Salonica state that 300 insurgents at Zelonitsi, in the Kastoria district, on being surrounded, surrendered. Thereupon they wore massacred. SOFIA, September 11. (Received Sept. 12, at 9.33 p.m.) The Bulgarian Premier lias intimated to the Powers that unless means arc tievise dto restrain Turkish excesses it will be difficult for Bulgaria to maintain an attitude of strict neutrality in tho face of popular indignation.
