The Senate passed the High Court Bills through their committee stages. SYDNEY, August 8. (Received August S, at 9.25 a.m.) The Employers' Federation has adopted a resolution protesting against rushing tho Arbitration Bill through the Federal Parliament, and asking Sir B. Barton to delay its consideration until ihe public has had'a chance of acquainting it-self with the measure.
