AGRICULTURAL CONGRESS
AN INTERNATIONAL GATHERING. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. ROME, April 15. (Received April IG, at 8.7 a.m.) The International Agricultural Congress lias opened in Rome. Two thousand five hundred delegates are attending the meetings. A motion advocating the imposition of differential duties by the European Powers on the products of the United States and all extra European countries was postponed 1 till next Congress, to allow of a closer study of the question. The German delegates approved, while the Italian and French opposed the differentiation.
