Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, LONDON, April 14. (Received April 15, at 7.58 a.m.) Mr John Morley, M.P., speaking at Montrose, protested against the cost of militarism nnd the spendthrift, demoralising extravagance of the Government, which he declared was extraordinary.
