(Received April 15, at 7.51 a.m.) The Sultan's second peace mission under Sedik Pasha has been received at Djakooit<k. The Pasha was previously warned that if ne went there he would he treated like Mehemet AH Pasha, who was murdered by Albanian rioters at Ipek in September, 1878.
(Received April 15, at 9.48 a.m.) - Eight battalions of Turkish troops aro concentrated between Mitrovitza and Uskub.
