He added that if the revolutionists persisted in their efforts Turkey's measures to repress them would not bo impeded. LONDON, Starch 5. (Received March G, at 0.20 a.m.) French advices from St. Petersburg state that Austria and Russia have secretly agreed to provisionally occupy and hold Servia ami Macedonia if, as is expected, tho Sultan fails to execute tho promised reforms. CONSTANTINOPLE, March 5. (Received March 0, at 0.39 a.m.) Official reports published by tho Porte state that . the Bulgarian insurgents' bands ha.ve reappeared at several points in Macedonia, causing apprehensions that a general movement has begun. It :,s also stated that the inhabitants shelter these bands, and inform tliem of the movements of the Ottoman troops, thus impeding pursuit.
