(Received Marcli 4, at 9.52 a.m.) Count von Bulow has drawn the Curia's attention to the manifesto of Bishop Trevess, refusing absolution to parents for sendiug their daughter to the Prus- v sian Government's High School, though l'i teachers in tho same school were Roman Catholics and only eight Protestants. Count von Bulow claimed that the German States' impartiality in tisjs relation deserved reciprocity.
