(Received March 4, at 0.47 a.m.) , The Methodist Conference decided to appoint a married minister in Norfolk Island and proclaim it a circuit, TRADE RETURNS. Tho imports of New South Wales last year were valued •at £23,974,000, and tho exports at £23,<554,000,; including Now Zealand imports £1.195,000, and exports £680,000.
