WAKATIPU-EURIMBLA COLLISION

(Received March 2, at 9.52 p.m.) The Marine Court has suspended the foreign-going certificate of Captain Middlemen, master of the Eurirnbla, for 12 months, and has ordered him to -pay the owners and the master of the Wakatipu their costs for the inquiry.
