Tlie Wakatipu was floated off at midnight and towed to the wharf. After discharging the remainder of her cargo she goes into dock. , RAIN IN NEW SOUTH WALES. (Received Feb. 18, at 9.56 p.m.) Good rain is falling in the southern and eastern divisions of the State.
