(Received Sept. 30, at 9.30 a.m.) Herren Doehm and Henninger, directors of the Rheinan Macheim Cliemic.il Company of Germany, have been arrested on the charge that they had falsified the books of the company so as to conceal the fact that''the gradual business losses were absorbing the entire capital, £125,000. LONDON, September 29. (Received Sept. 30, at 9.30 a.m.) Robert Harding Milward, a i wading Birmingham solicitor, has been arrested on charges of large misappropriations of trust funds.
