(Received Sept! 1, at 10.22 p.m.) A capitation tax of £2 a head has been imposed on adult male Transvaal natives and a similar sum on every wife excepting one. - DURBAN, .August 31. (Received Sept. 1, at 8.42 avrn.) The Natal Government have remitted the unexpired terms of saven riebels sentenced by the Pietermarit/.burg military courts.
